Ba Bajee — Terms & Conditions

Ba Bajee is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under an international licence. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Ba Bajee and all of its registered users.

By using any Ba Bajee service, you acknowledge that:

To open an account on Ba Bajee, you must meet the following requirements:

• Password Security: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Your account cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person.

Ba Bajee complies with international financial regulations. As a result, identity verification may be required in certain cases. The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:

• Photo of National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie or live photo
• Bank or mobile banking statement (for large withdrawals)

Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Ba Bajee currently accepts Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket for payments. The terms for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: BDT 2,00,000 (up to BDT 50,000 without KYC).
• Processing Time: Usually within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

If a withdrawal takes longer than 24 hours, please contact Support. Ba Bajee monitors unusual transactions to prevent money laundering and will investigate where necessary.

Ba Bajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following general terms before using them:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement, which is clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• In cases of bonus abuse (such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

All bets placed on Ba Bajee are governed by the following rules:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled — except in cases of a system error.
• Match Cancelled: If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds change: The odds at the time your bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet.
• Maximum Win Limit: The maximum win on a single bet varies depending on the sport and market.
• System Errors: Ba Bajee reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Suspicion of fraud: Any bet suspected of match fixing or manipulation may be subject to investigation.

In live betting, if your internet connection drops after a bet has already been confirmed, that bet will be considered valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ba Bajee and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using or attempting to hack into another user's account
• Placing automated bets using software or bots
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or defrauding other users

Ba Bajee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Providing false information
• KYC Verification Failure
• Unusual or suspicious transactions
• Suspicion of Fraud or Cheating

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting Support. For voluntary closures, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance.

Ba Bajee places the highest importance on responsible gaming. The following tools are available on our platform:
